WP.7 Dissemination

Related assupmtions and risks: the systematic dissemination of the project's results is a key pre-requisite for the exploitation of the project's results and the overall success of the project. Dissemination activities aim at making the project's work and results known to the broader community at the national, regional and European level.
Description of work package: Dissemination starts as soon as there are solid results; priority is given to the implementation of the website. Project dissemination channels will include: web links form all partner-university homepages to the QA and certification network, brochures and the publications, reports and statistics.
Activities:

  • Project dissemination channels: The web links, information about events, training materials which is used at the seminars, the publications, reports and statistics, which are produced by the employees of the quality assurance centers, the electronic version of the brochures etc. will be published.
  • Dissemination through printed material on the project: printed brochures and seminar- material for the trainees
  • Dissemination through events: seminars for the future "QA experts"
  • Dissemination on demand: this includes all forms of information material which may be requested by any interested party upon request. The provided services may enable interested parties to access electronic data and interact with the project information base in a friendly way i.e. navigate, retrieve, request. The above activities will be performed by the project coordinator with the support of the project partners.

Special consideration will be given to the concluding conference in Gabès, which serves also as a measure for future activities. The results of the project will be presented to the public; furthermore, the conference will be attended by representatives of the ministry and experts from the Maghreb states in order to assure sustainability and to prepare follow up applications. For this conference, a special brochure will be prepared.

7.1 Website and project publication

The public relation offices of the three partner universities within the European Union will provide significant press and publicity work in favour of the project

  • The placement of articles and information in local and regional as well as in national media is therefore secured
  • The press attaché of Gabès University will be responsible for the press relation with Tunisian media

 

7.2 Concluding conference

  • The results of the project will be presented to the public
  • furthermore, the conference will be attended by representatives of the ministry and experts from the Maghreb states in order to assure sustainability and to prepare follow up applications
  • Edition und printing of a brochure.
